Our retreats are sensory immersion connecting with the natural elements of earth, air, water and fire. We know that when we spend more time with the elements, we start to rebalance ourselves physically, mentally and energetically and by tapping into our natural instincts we unlock an empowered sanctuary of self.

 

During the retreat, you are guided through an indulgent journey expertly designed to re-attune your senses. You’’ll leave the retreat not only rejuvenated and empowered but also with the ability to create a wellness environment at home and in your everyday.

We'll explore colour, scent, sounds, selfcare practices and yogic techniques where you’ll discover the many ways you can get back to your natural self in your mind, body and spirit.

 

 

Our retreats are for you if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious by the demands and pace of the world around you.

  • Looking for tools and resources that you can use in your everyday life to ground and re-balance yourself again, anywhere at any time.

  • Feeling a longing to spend time in nature and the chance to reconnect with your true and authentic self

  • Wanting a digital detox, no phone, no laptops, no zoom calls!

  • Looking to meet new people and grow new relationships. We keep our groups small to allow community building to happen organically.

Although meditation and mindfulness can be helpful in managing stress, depression and anxiety we always recommend that you speak to your health care professional before attending.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Each of our retreat locations offer something a little different but here’s an example of what you can expect:

  • 2-3 nights stay in beautiful accommodation with room options to accommodate solo travelers, private self catering or shared accommodation.

  • Connection starts right from enquiry. You will receive an invitation to meet with the retreat guests and start to explore expectations and intentions together as part of our community building workshops before you arrive at the retreat.

  • Daily breath work and yoga activities using a unique approach drawn from different traditional Indian wisdom enriched with Tibetan tradition and augmented by relevant modern-day science and research

  • Choose from a range of indulgent relaxation activities including bespoke massages

  • Celebrate and set new intentions with our fire pit opening and closing ceremony

  • Lovingly cooked meals using organic and local produce

  • Re-Balance Your Wellbeing Goody Bag

  • Expertly designed and crafted workshops by leaders in the field of mental health and wellbeing

  • Plus optional 1-2-1 personalised wellbeing conversations with Retreat Leaders

Permission to do as much or as little as you wish. This retreat encourages you to take whatever time you need for maximum relaxation and enjoyment.

    The exquisite Quaives country estate, only 2 hours outside of Lonodn, is set 19 acres of open space, manicured gardens and winding paths leading to private cottages, secret gardens, a yoga studio and tennis court.
